How quickly do you respond?
We answer every message within 3 business days. On weekends and holidays it may take slightly longer. If something is urgent, simply add "urgent" to your subject line.

Is my birth data private?
Yes. Your birth details are used only to calculate your chart, right at that moment. We do not store them on our servers: the calculation runs instantly and nothing is saved. For paid reports, your details are used solely to prepare and deliver your report. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you offer one-on-one consultations?
Not at this time. We focus on written reports so the insight is yours to revisit whenever you need it. For follow-up questions on an existing report, email works best.
