  • What is Astrostorie?
    Astrostorie is a personal astrology platform powered by an open-source astronomy engine. We provide daily horoscopes, natal charts, synastry analysis, and detailed astrological reports in 8 languages.

  • Is Astrostorie free?
    Daily horoscopes, compatibility insights, and educational content are free. Detailed personalized reports (natal, synastry, career, child, solar return) are available as one-time purchases.

  • Which astrological system do you use?
    We use Western tropical astrology with the Placidus house system, calculated with an open-source astronomy engine built on the same VSOP87 and NOVAS models that professional astronomy software relies on.

  • Do I need to create an account?
    No. You can browse horoscopes and generate natal charts without an account. Accounts are only required for saving reports and accessing purchased content.

  • Which languages are supported?
    English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, and Persian. Content is localized with native-quality translations and RTL support for Arabic and Persian.

  • How accurate are the horoscopes?
    Our calculations run on an astronomy engine verified against NASA's JPL Horizons system to within an arc-minute. Daily horoscopes are generalized by sun sign; personalized reports use your exact birth data for precise planetary positions.

  • What reports do you offer?
    Five one-time reports: Natal Chart (complete birth analysis), Synastry (relationship compatibility), Solar Return (year ahead), Career Astrology, and Child Astrology.

  • How do I receive my report?
    After payment, you receive a secure email link to view your personalized report. Reports are also accessible via your email confirmation link at any time.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods via Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Privacy & Data

  • How is my birth data used?
    Your birth details (date, time, location) are used only to calculate your astrological charts, and the calculation happens instantly. We do not store them on our servers, and they are never sold or shared with third parties.

  • Can I delete my data?
    Yes. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

  • Do you use tracking cookies?
    We use Google Analytics 4 only after you provide explicit consent via our cookie banner (Consent Mode v2). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
