How quickly do you respond?+
Most messages get a reply within 24 hours on business days. Weekends and holidays may push it to 48 hours. If your order is time-sensitive, add "urgent" to your subject line.
Is my birth data private?+
Yes. Birth date, time, and location are used to calculate your chart and nothing else. We store the data encrypted, never share it with third parties, and delete it on request. Details are in our privacy policy.
Can I get a refund on a premium report?+
If a report has not been delivered yet, we refund in full. If it has been delivered and you believe something is wrong, write to us with your order ID and we will review it personally within two business days.
Do you offer one-on-one consultations?+
Not at this time. We focus on written reports so the insight is yours to revisit whenever you need it. For follow-up questions on an existing report, email works best.
