Astrostorie began with a simple frustration: most astrology apps felt either vague to the point of meaninglessness, or so technical they excluded everyone but specialists. Lead astrologer Maeve Sinclair had spent years studying charts, reading for clients, and noticing the same pattern — people wanted real insight, not recycled daily horoscopes. So in 2024 we built the platform we wished existed. Our mission is to pair NASA-grade astronomical precision (accurate to an arc-second) with interpretations that feel personal, grounded, and useful. Whether you are opening your natal chart for the first time or deepening a long-standing practice, Astrostorie exists to help you understand what the sky was doing the moment you arrived, and what that can mean for the life you are building now.

How We Work
Every calculation on Astrostorie runs through the Swiss Ephemeris, the astronomical database trusted by NASA, JPL, and professional astrologers worldwide. Planetary positions are accurate to within an arc-second — the same precision used in spacecraft navigation. We use the Placidus house system as our default, the most common standard in Western astrology, and we welcome experienced users to switch to Koch, Whole Sign, or Equal House in our advanced tools. Our interpretive voice blends two traditions: classical astrology, with its rich vocabulary of aspects, rulerships, and dignities, and modern psychological astrology, which frames the chart as a map of personality patterns instead of fate. The result is reading that respects your intelligence. We name the challenge, describe the gift, and leave the choice to you. Astrology is not fortune-telling; it is a mirror held at a specific angle. What you do with what you see is always your own.

Your birth data is the most personal input you will ever give an astrology tool, and we treat it that way. We never sell it, never share it with third parties, and never use it to train models or build advertising profiles. Premium reports are delivered by email and removed from our systems after delivery. Free tool usage is stored only long enough to serve your session. We are also transparent about what astrology can and cannot do. It is a language for self-reflection, a timing tool for personal rhythms, and a framework for understanding temperament.
